These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MUNAWAR DIGITAL website (munawardigital.com) and any services you engage us for. By using this website or contacting us for services, you agree to these terms.
MUNAWAR DIGITAL provides digital marketing, AI solutions, web development, branding & design, content & growth, and digital transformation services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project will be agreed separately with each client before work begins.
Information submitted through our contact form or WhatsApp is used to prepare a consultation or quote. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding agreement — a project only begins once both parties agree on scope and terms.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the MUNAWAR DIGITAL brand — is the property of MUNAWAR DIGITAL unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Projects shown in our Portfolio section are presented as demonstrations of our real work and capabilities. No fabricated statistics or client claims are used.
Unless the project agreement states otherwise: assets you provide us (logos, photos, existing brand material) remain your property. Final approved deliverables become your property once payment is complete. MUNAWAR DIGITAL retains ownership of its own reusable internal systems, templates, workflows, and tools used to produce the work — paying for a project does not transfer ownership of the tools used to build it.
Refund and cancellation terms depend on the type of service and are confirmed in each client's service agreement. As a general guide:
Custom work (design, development, AI projects): work already completed at the time of cancellation is non-refundable, since it represents time and resources already delivered.
Monthly services (retainers, ongoing marketing/management): cancellation notice periods and any applicable refund of unused time are set out in the service agreement for that engagement.
Third-party costs (domains, hosting, advertising spend, software subscriptions): these are billed separately from our fee and are subject to the relevant provider's own refund policy, not ours.
While we work carefully on every project, MUNAWAR DIGITAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
